Thomas Rust - Partner

A background in Land Agency, Tom has seen it all. A self taught Butcher, Tom has been perfecting his skills for years, upgrading our larder facility has giving him the perfect space to put these to use. His love for wild game shines through, he's recently been perfecting his sausage making skills - make sure to add some to your basket!

Oliver Whyte - Partner

Having been involved in rural land management and contracting for 10 over years a switch to supplying Wild Game is a new direction for Oliver. He loves Venison and to be able to share it with a wider audience beyond family and friends greatly excites him!

Roe and Feidh - Deer Dogs

    

These dogs were made for the mountains.... it's in their name and their blood!

 

They both have fantastic personalities and brilliant noses, they love being out on the ground and doing what they do best!

Bavarians have a super "stag red" colouring and their names reflect their work ...Feidh which means "Deer" in Gaelic and Roe literally from a species native to the UK.
